Our role

TruckEx provides dispatch and documentation support directly. Other services, including ELD integration support, factoring setup, insurance coordination, and equipment sourcing assistance, involve coordination with independent providers. TruckEx is not the insurer, lender, factoring company, equipment seller, or guarantor of an outside provider’s decision.

You remain involved in decisions, authorizations, and signatures. We do not guarantee provider acceptance, coverage, funding, a particular rate, load availability, or business results.

Scope, delivery, and your responsibilities

Before work begins, the agreed scope should identify requested tasks, fees, necessary information, and any expected delivery period. Delivery may consist of dispatch assistance, prepared documentation, an authorized application submission, or completed provider coordination, as agreed. Timelines depend on the task, your timely cooperation, and outside-provider responses. Provide accurate information and only authorize actions you are entitled to request.

Fees and payments

Customers pay TruckEx only its agreed service fees after the agreed services are delivered. Billing may be daily, weekly, or monthly, as specified in the service agreement. Amounts depend on the services and period covered. A billing schedule alone does not authorize automatic charges; any automatic payment arrangement requires separate authorization.

Customers pay outside vendors directly. TruckEx does not collect vendor payments, insurance premiums, factoring proceeds, or carriers’ freight payments. TruckEx may receive referral compensation from participating providers, separate from its agreed customer service fees.

Cancellations and refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Completed, authorized services remain payable. Contact us promptly if you believe an invoice includes an error or work that was not performed.

SMS program terms

By separately opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from TruckEx Solutions about your inquiry and requested services, including service updates, confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also call +1 (929) 415 8234 or email contact@truckexsolutions.com. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message; further program messages will stop unless you opt in again. You can submit an inquiry without consenting to SMS. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Provide a number you control and tell us if it changes. The program is for service and inquiry communications, not promotional campaigns. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent.

Website use and privacy

Do not use the website to submit fraudulent requests, interfere with its operation, or provide information you are not authorized to share. Website material describes our services and does not replace advice from a qualified insurance, financial, legal, or other professional. Review our Privacy Policy before providing information.
